Barefoot King II - no. 86
After the great success of the “Barefoot King” in 2011, we decided, together with the artist Rolf Büttner, to launch another series in 2012: Like the previous Barefoot King, this one was created from a combination of traditional and new elements. The body belongs to a nutcracker, but Barefoot King II is an incense smoker. Barefoot, with a crown and a lush beard, he combines many characters in one person. He is a grim smoker, high king and little boy at the same time. There is something of this figure in each of us. Each of the 100 strictly limited figures has an individual drawing of Rolf Büttner and a certificate. Barefoot King II is always different - one like the other.
